Shimazu Hisashi
This is the first serial killer of the series, who liked to dismember women. He first saw Yousuke on television when he was watching the media coverage of his killing spree, and he saw something in Yousuke's eyes that made him decide that Yousuke was a killer like him. After that, he tracked down Yousuke's girlfriend, kidnapped and dismembered her, then delivered her still-alive to him at work. This was likely the emotional unbalance that caused the other personalities to surface when Yousuke chased Shimazu down.

Tanabe Tomoyo
A young woman who kills people and removes specific parts of their bodies to cook and eat. When the police attempt to capture her at work, she slits her throat with a razor.

Ueno Suguru
An architect who abused drugs, Ueno kidnapped many young office ladies. He then removed the top of their skulls and planted flowers in their brains - while they were still alive. He called them his flower angels. He blows up an apartment building to destroy the evidence, but in the end he is found planted with a flower in his brain as well.

Moriizumi Akira
A former high school teacher who took advantage of psychologically weak girls in his classes. He recruited them for his religious cult. When the school found out, they fired him, but some of the girls stayed with him. He told them that they could die and become angels. He actually died in a car crash.

Zenitsu
We find that he killed Suguru, and he also lead the high school girls to kill themselves after Akira died. He works for some Society, and is probably connected to the barcoded eyes, but that's all we know at the end of tankubon 2.

Murata Kiyoshi
A stuttering man with the same name as one of Kazuhiko's personalities and apparent ties to his past, he is prodded by Zenitsu to recreate a scene from "Shin-chan"'s past, so that he will be remembered. Shinji leaves him to die in his own pyre.
